These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from HomeAura. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by HomeAura ("we", "us", "our"), a business based at 6B Church Road, Worcester, England, WR3 8NX, United Kingdom. You can reach us at manager.geo.rage@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours accurately. Product images are illustrative. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Wellness and cosmetic products — important notice
Our products are cosmetic and general wellbeing items. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have any health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Always patch-test skincare products first and follow the instructions supplied with each item.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
6. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
7. Shipping and returns
Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and your cancellation and refund rights in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
8. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders where a code has been used in a manner we reasonably consider abusive.
9. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, strikes, extreme weather or supply shortages.
14. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
15. Complaints and disputes
Please email us first at manager.geo.rage@gmail.com and we will try to resolve matters within 14 days.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
