How to use

1. Use on completely dry skin, before you shower.
2. Start at your feet and work upwards in long, sweeping strokes towards your heart.
3. Use light pressure to begin with and build up as your skin adjusts. Five minutes is plenty.
4. Avoid your face, and anywhere broken, sore or sunburnt.
5. Shower, then moisturise while skin is still slightly damp.
6. Two or three times a week is plenty to begin with.
