How to use

1. Keep it in the freezer, ideally in the pouch, ready to go.
2. Roll gently outwards and upwards over the face and neck for one to two minutes.
3. Be light around the under-eye area and do not press hard.
4. Rinse and dry the head, then return it to the freezer.
5. Do not hold it still on one spot of skin.
