How to use

1. Lie down somewhere comfortable and rest it gently over closed eyes.
2. Fifteen to twenty minutes is ideal.
3. To cool: seal in a bag and put in the freezer for 20–30 minutes.
4. Remove the outer cover to wash at 30°C. Do not wash the inner pillow.
5. Not for use on children, and not to be slept in overnight.
